Cook tortillas for your minute or so, then flip.  Prepare dinner until Virtually starts to brown.  you will need the moisture cooked out with the chips so they are not chewy but you don't need them burnt.  Drain on paper towels.  The better part about ingesting at a Mexican restaurant would be the unlimited chips and salsa!
